I am not a medical doctor and the information is based on my experience. No information in this program should be relied upon or used to make a medical diagnosis, nor should it be used, treat, prevent or cure any disease or medical condition. This program was created to help you look at what is impacting your desire to live the life that you envision while helping your child to dive deeper into self-discovery and self-awareness. Please note, this program is not psychotherapy or counseling, if you are in an acute psychological or psychiatric crisis, I am happy to refer you out to a qualified professional if services are requested or recommended to better support your mental health.                

 

I have been personally using art and oils for years and have witnessed the impact they can have to support our emotional, behavioral and physical health. My intention is to give you guidance of what has worked for others in hopes that it can make a difference for you.  

 

None of the statements regarding essential oil usage have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The views and opinions shared in this program are intended to help educate the reader about the uses of essential oils and art for emotional well-being. It is with this understanding that this program is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure or prevent any physical or mental health issues and that Kayla Helenske is not held liable for the misconception or misuse of the program. Please read labels on all bottles prior to using. Please note that Kayla Helenske is not your therapist and is in no way a substitute for working alongside a trained mental health professional or other medical provider. Please consult with your healthcare provider before using essential oils if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any medication or if you have a medical condition. 

  

Any oils containing citrus (blends and single oils) should not be applied to sun exposed skin for 12-48 hours. They can cause rashes and sun burns. Just be sure on sunny days to place the oils under your clothing or where you have no sun exposure. All oils should be diluted properly according to age and sensitivity. All custom roller blend recipes will state if they contain sun sensitive oils on the label. The oils discussed in the program all contain labels with this warning as well. It is your responsibility here on out to read the labels and use accordingly. Kayla Helenske will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to the use of the oils or any art supplies. 

 

NO REFUNDS 

 

Kayla Helenske and Expressive Journeys PLLC do not guarantee any level of results from The Emotionally Empowered Family System. Each participant's results and transformation depends on his or her own efforts, diligence and other lifestyle factors. There are no refunds offered for this program.  

 

ACCESS 

• You will receive access to the content hub while you are an active paying member of The Emotionally Empowered Family System. (This means for as long as the program is available and hosted on an online platform). 
• Access to the private Raising Emotionally Empowered Families Facebook group as long as you are an active paying member. 

 

OFFICE HOURS/CUSTOMER SERVICE 

• Customer service and correspondence will be available through [email protected]. Please allow 24 hours for response Monday through Friday. No emails will be responded to over the weekends. Questions and Comments in Raising Emotionally Empowered Families FB group will not be required to provide individual attention as it is a group for you to connect with other mom’s in the program.

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. 

 

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS 

Our lawful ground of processing your personal data to send you marketing communications is either your consent or our legitimate interests (namely to grow our business). 

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may send you marketing communications from us if (i) you made a purchase or asked for information from us about our goods or services or (ii) you agreed to receive marketing communications and in each case you have not opted out of receiving such communications since. Under these regulations, if you are a limited company, we may send you marketing emails without your consent. However you can still opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time. 

You can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing messages at any time simply by unsubscribing from emails via the unsubscribe button which can be found at the bottom of each email or by sending [email protected] an email with your request to stop receiving emails.
